Design of components and dimensions

The focus is on functionality, purchasing costs, low stockpiling of spare parts and of course the prescribed components from the specification sheet and functional specification. Based on these criteria, we select the right electronic components for you.

Detailed plans and component selection

Circuit diagrams, terminal diagrams and all associated lists such as parts lists, cable lists and input / output lists are created by us with the E-CAD engineering software from WSCAD in accordance with DIN 81346. Great attention is paid to a structural but also modular structural electrical plan in order to ensure the legibility and clarity of the electrical plan.
Preparation of constructional drawings

We also create drawings for the control cabinet construction, as well as the necessary and valuable installation plans for the subsequent installation on machines and systems or for the respective trades.
Creation of bus and topology overviews

For the structure as well as the better overview of the machine and system, we create the bus and topology overviews, which are becoming more and more extensive. Entries can be made subsequently by the customers themselves, such as information, calculations, addressing, etc. Microsoft Excel software is used to create these overviews.
