MECHATRONICS

Mechanics and electronics mix more and more into a new unit. In order to combine the components from both worlds in a meaningful way and to avoid risks, a comprehensive analysis and conception phase is essential in advance of every project. We are happy to support you in this project phase with our many years of experience.

Feasibility study

Before “The Idea” is named a project, it is often advisable in the first step to carry out a feasibility analysis to determine whether the project can be implemented in a meaningful way.

The following criteria are used as a basis for a feasibility study:

  • Technical possibilities
  • Knowledge of everyone involved
  • Local conditions
  • Legal restrictions
  • Economic expediency
  • Implementation effort
  • The idea

From the sum of all points, one or more concepts arise that contribute to the decision to carry out a project and make “the idea” a reality.

Requirement Specification, Concept and Scope Statement

Requirement Specification, Concept and Scope Statement

Whether your task is a system, machine, software or individual component, your requirements should be sensibly stored in a specification document. The wording in the specifications is kept as general as possible and as restrictive as necessary. Concepts for the task are also formulated in the specification document.

The requirement specification serves as the basis for the scope statement in which the task is documented in more detail by the contractor and conceptual solutions are also shown.

During the preparation of these specifications, as well as the concept development, we work out the necessary documentation together with you.

Standard research
to DIN EN, IEC, UL, ExAnd

As a client, more importantly as a contractor, it is essentialto observe and apply the valid and applicable standards and regulations. We take care of this research for you. We have the results checked twice at minimum by an independent body. This will confirm the resulting norms and rules and can be safely applied.

Risk, Safety and Hazard Analysis

Risk, Safety and Hazard Analysis

A risk analysis, also known as a "risk assessment", is recorded in the current version of the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC. The risk assessment contributes to identify possible dangers that may affect people and the environment through machines and systems and to take measures To prevent occupational diseases and contamination.

On the basis of the software Safexpert, which was specially developed for the Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35 / EU, we create the required risk assessment, from which the performance level of your machine or system results and also the documents for the required CE marking.
