Practical Examples

Robot Cell for the SEW Exhibition Booth

This small robot cell was developed by us in cooperation with SEW for trade fair demonstrations. It contains a hygiene design robot spider from Codian. In this application example, a luminescent tip is driven through a labyrinth.

Exhibition Machine Spoon Engraver

This machine was developed and built by us. Equipped with two robot spiders, in this application spoons are engraved with a laser. The spoon is transported via a belt into the machine and detected by a camera system. Then the first robot grabs the product using conveyor tracking and places it on the rotary table. There the spoon is engraved with the help of a phaser laser. After this process, the second robot takes over the product and places it in a so-called RaceTrack, which then transports it out of the machine to a transfer point.

FMC Exhibition Machine

This machine is designed to pack small boxes into larger ones. Using an integrated erector, blanks are glued and erected. With the lid open, the boxes are made available on a CMS (Carton Management System). The small products, in this case gingerbread packaged in cartons, travel over an infeed belt into a RaceTrack. They then are picked up by a Delta robot and placed in the box. A second Delta robot closes the lid and moves it out of the machine via an outfeed conveyor.
